I'm a lifestyle entrepreneur, coach, and mom. I help new and aspiring midlife entrepreneurs gain clarity where there was confusion, create a realistic life balance, skyrocket confidence through their voice, and develop new online businesses.

Inside the AAL Coaching Space, you can create a foundational life roadmap, utilize tools to develop a growth mindset, and increase confidence. You'll move towards creating a life or business based on your talents, passions, values, and purpose.

1:1 Sessions:

  • AAL COACHING SPACE offers three or six-month session packages to help you clarify your passions and purpose, create strong, empowering mindset skills, learn meditation tools, and establish self-care habits. These new insights, skills, and tools will help you develop a foundational roadmap guiding you to achieve your goals in life or business. Each weekly session is 60 minutes.
  • CLARITY REMIX COACHING WORKSHOP INTENSIVE - A 2-hour one-to-one coaching session focused on gaining clarity on one specific goal.
Clarity Remix

Group Coaching Sessions

  • This 12-week group coaching program based on my Clarity Remix Course helps new or aspiring online entrepreneurs clarify their passions, purpose, and life/business goals. You'll develop powerful mindset skills, incorporate meditation, and practice written exercises to gain new insights. Combining these tools provides the foundation for taking action towards realizing and achieving your goals. The program will take place over Zoom in a powerful and supportive group coaching environment. Each weekly session is 90 minutes.
LOVE YOUR VOICE Workshop

RLM Vocal Coaching for Speakers

  • In life and business, your voice is everything. Having a strong and confident voice is a powerful asset. As a certified Roger Love Method Coach, I'm excited to offer the Roger Love Method of Voice Coaching for Speakers program. Roger Love developed this transformative program and is recognized as one of the world's leading authorities on voice.
  • The five-session program includes a complete vocal assessment and baselines assessment to measure growth and better know your voice. Personalized practice plans at the end of each session so you know what to work on between sessions. Recordings of all sessions for your reference and practice. Enrollment in Roger Love's "Perfect Voice Complete Collection Online Training Program."
  • Each 1-on-1 session is 60 minutes.

Attend this fun and inspiring 3-hour group workshop to focus and gain clarity on one specific goal in your life. You will gain insights to help you achieve your goal through journaling, meditation, mind-mapping, and vision board exercises.
